✧ Client will receive regular work-in-progress updates throughout the process.
✧ Any major changes need to be discussed in the sketching process.
✧ I reserve the right to deny any request I am not comfortable with.
✧ If I consider a request overly complex for my skills, I will inform the commissioner.

✧ Change of heart policy will require the commissioner to pay for whatever stage of the commission I’ve completed (e.g; if I’ve completed the sketch part of the process, the commissioner will need to pay for the sketch)

✧ Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work.
✧ Nor shall client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate.
